For this class, we were asked to complete a design plan and develop selected components for an online learning experience that would be appropriate for my selected learner group. I chose to create an online learning experience for family support professionals on the topic of Positive Behavior Interventions and supports, a training that I typically deliver in person. I created online modules that professionals could access prior to live training, in an effot to "flip" the PD and provide more hands-on learning opportunities. To view the whole project, click here.
